This two hour recorded class is a deep dive into the relationship between the pelvic bowl and the nervous system. It includes discussion and embodied exploration of the nervous system’s impact on the pelvic bowl. Students will learn how to map their nervous system based on the principles of the polyvagal theory, and practice somatic movement to heal and explore their pelvic bowl.
