Soma School is our 12-week ICF accredited online program and certification program that is centered around healing the female nervous system so that you can come home to your body through Somatics.

Soma School runs year long so you can join at anytime, with an option to complete a certification.

Soma Seasons

Soma Seasons is our year long, open-enrollment somatic program for those who are seeking to experience the full breadth and depth of our somatic self and become seasoned in Somatics for the Female Nervous System. The seasonality of our body contains intrinsic themes that, when embodied, amplify our capacity to heal and expand our lives.

If you are looking for a longer, more comprehensive training in Somatics and a more in-depth opportunity to transform your own nervous system through a strong community, Soma Seasons is for you. Soma Seasons is open for enrollment year round.
