Soma School

Soma School is our ICF accredited online program and certification program that is centered around healing the female nervous system so that you can come home to your body through Somatics.

Soma School runs year long so you can join at anytime, with an option to complete a certification.

• Ongoing enrollment (you get all the live or recorded version of the classes you need to complete the experience and ICF accredited certification whenever you join)

• 6- month virtual container. Access to live classes ends after 12 weeks

• 12 live weekly calls with the option to watch recordings instead

• Education happens with and within an active, global community of students who are learning along the same path as you

Soma Seasons

Soma Seasons is our year long, open-enrollment somatic program for those who are seeking to experience the full breadth and depth of our somatic self and become seasoned in Somatics for the Female Nervous System. The seasonality of our body contains intrinsic themes that, when embodied, amplify our capacity to heal and expand our lives.

If you are looking for a longer, more comprehensive training in Somatics and a more in-depth opportunity to transform your own nervous system through a strong community, Soma Seasons is for you. Soma Seasons is open for enrollment year round.

• Live bi-weekly calls that can be watched as recordings

• A deep dive into the world of Somatics for the Female Nervous system by embodying the detailed layers of learning through the rhythm of the seasons

Soma School PLUS

Soma School is our ICF accredited online program and certification program that offers 12 foundational previously recorded classes and six 1:1 Somatic Healing Sessions with one of our certified practicioners!

Soma School PLUS runs year long so you can join at anytime, with an option to complete a certification.

• Ongoing enrollment - you get all recorded versions of the classes you need to complete the experience and ICF accredited certification whenever you join

• 6- month virtual container. Access to recorded classes ends after 6 months

• 6 live Somatic Healing Sessions with one of our certified practitioners. We have four different practitioners who offer their unqiue approach to somatics for the female nervous system.

• Lifetime access to our free online community, Soma Care. Located in our Skool platform.
