This pre-recorded two hour classes is an embodied education of the pelvic floor. Students will learn anatomy, trauma informed somatic practices for the nervous system, and hands-on, hands-in pelvic care. In this pre-recorded version there are no students, just Veronica and her pelvic bowl model. Veronica shares options to work at your own pace as well as alternative modifications based on your bodies consent.
