Join Veronica Rottman and Danica Boyce for a pre-recorded class gathered around the well of Brigid where we will experience song, story and somatic exploration of her healing waters. Through grounding into the body, the nervous system, we will experience Brigidʼs storys through our own felt-sense and vocalize her songs while connecting to our bodyʼs sensorial channel.

Please bring the following items to class:

-A vessel w/ water (it can be a bowl, a vase, a cup. Does not have to be big)

-An offering you would like to make to Brigid. This can be herbs, sea salt, lavender, apples (Brigid is strongly associated w/ apples!)

-Optional journal
