Do you want to create a more loving, connected relationship with your body and emotional self?
In this class (recording sent out after) students will create a personal nervous system map based on the principles of the polyvagal ladder created by Stephen Porges. With a deeper awareness of our core autonomic imprints, we gain the ability to engage with life from an empowered place versus a place of reaction.
Our body is what drives our thoughts, decisions and relationships. When we understand how our own personal nervous system is driving our subconcious patterns, we can heal them and expand our lives.
Class will also include somatic tools, movement and some yoga for the nervous system. There will be time for sharing and and discussion.
Please bring a journal, colored pencils, crayons or markers to create their nervous system map. A yoga mat and any props are helpful to have too.
