Womb to World: Somatic Pathways to Perinatal Nervous system Repair

In this 3 part online program ( Thursday September 11, 18, 25 5-7pm cst) we will discover the somatic pathways to nervous system based perinatal nervous system repair. Whether youʼve given birth and are aiming to heal stress and trauma still imprinted in your own body and your children, or are a professional who works closely in the perinatal journey of others, this program is for you. Birth trauma impacts us in a variety of ways that are often overlooked and then labeled with symptoms and diagnosis like anxiety, depression, and more. Our perinatal journey isnʼt a narrative, it is a physiological imprint. Our birth or postpartum experience doesnʼt exist in our stories, it exists in our body. Until we feel into those imprints where they exist, they will continue to drive sensations, emotions and thoughts that can feel dysregulating. We will dive into all experiences throughout the perinatal experiences through the lens of

  • somatics

  • somatic attachment

  • the female. nervous system

  • the stages of pregnancy and postpartum, working with the perinatal nervous system

  • the social engagement structures
