In this workshop Laura and Veronica will lead you through the art +science of integrating the power of herbs into your cyclical self-care.
First, Laura will teach us all about herbs that you can weave into your routine to optimize cyclical wellness. Then we will dive into the practice of womb steaming as a ritual for healing symptoms such as: menstrual pain, heavy bleeding, spotting, pms, bloating, PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis. It is also a powerful healer during the postpartum phase.
Womb steaming is also a deeply soothing ritual even if you don’t have any symptoms of imbalance and simply want to embody your pelvic bowl more.
Participants will leave fully prepared to practice womb steaming, and will also receive a womb steam meditation to use during their steam.
There is currently no research on womb steaming, however the anecdotal evidence is abundant.
