Womb yoga is a pleasure-forward practice rooted in your body’s innate intelligence to heal your womb and awaken to its full power.
Yoga originated as a practice for men’s bodies, and even today teacher’s aren’t equipped to instruct asana in a way that protects and supports our anatomical, hormonal, energetic, and emotional needs. In this 90 minute class you will learn all the ways to adapt your practice to help your cyclical body flourish and release internalized stigma and shame about your body. Through womb centered movement, you will receive an embodied education in how your womb holds the potential for bringing your dreams into fruition.
Through harnessing the energy of your cycle, your infradian or lunar rhythms, your capacity for living a more balanced, health, empowered life is unleashed. This class is appropriate for all levels.
