The Throne: A Pelvic Embodiment Immersion

♕The Throne is a trauma-informed pelvic embodiment immersion rooted in providing pathways back to the seat of our own power; in our pelvic throne. In the company of fellow cyclical beings, we will unlearn together all the conditioning that disconnects us from our pelvic bowl, our menstrual cycle and pleasure body. Through studying anatomy, embodiment practices, yoga, breathe-work, self-massage, pelvic steaming and titrated pelvic mapping, we will dive deep and re-inhabit this space in our body. The pelvic bowl provides an inner compass, that when aligned with, helps us evolve and grow the life we desire to live. The immersion will be lead by Veronica, as well as two special guest lecturers.

Immersion dates and outline:

All classes will be taught on Saturdays from 10:30-12:30pm cst on zoom

☾Saturday June 5th : Opening circle & Mayan Abdominal Self-Massage class (taught by Katie Dougherty)

☾Saturday June 12th : Menstrual Literacy, Cycle Mapping & Cervical Awakening taught by Qiddist Ashe

☾Saturday June 19th: Anatomy of the Pelvic Floor (taught by Casie Danenhauer Humble)

☾Saturday June 26th: Pelvic Mapping (self-massage of the external and internal pelvic bowl)

What is Pelvic Mapping?: Pelvic Mapping is a practice centered around restoring balance to the tissues of the pelvic bowl: the vulva, vagina, & pelvic floor. Through guided breathwork, meditation, as well as external and internal massage students release chronic tension, weakness, trigger points and dehydrated tissue in the pelvic bowl. Pelvic Mapping restores vital blood and nerve flow to the pelvic floor and surrounding anatomy for more strength, sensation and embodied connection.

All participants will receive herbs for pelvic steaming, access to recorded pelvic embodiment meditations, slides and more. All classes will be recorded except for the Mayan Abdominal Massage Class.

Payment: $ 488 or 5 payments of $100 (message for payment plan)
